Recovery System
LNAPL
Description
LNAPL recovery systems employ pumps to draw hydrocarbon into the system and then remove it from the well.
This system require a power supply, tubing, and system controls which are often incorporated into the equipment to match removal to inflow rates.
1. Oil recovery wells:
confirm the location (no underground tube)
12 "concrete circular cutting
1.0 meters by using artificial digging
8 ~ 12" hollow auger construction
knock on the bottom of the discarded cover when drilled to a predetermined depth
Place the screen tube, and backfill quartz fine sand, pull the drill pipe, the filter material filled to complete the work
2. Specificaitons:
Well Screen Slot Width: 0.02 inch
Quartz sand particle size of 1.5 ~ 3.5mm
3. Pneumatic oil recovery pump
